| (c) | VeriSign, Inc. (“VeriSign”) appointed its Senior Vice President, Finance, and Controller, Albert E. Clement, as its Chief Accounting Officer on July 5, 2007. Mr. Clement has served as VeriSign’s Senior Vice President, Finance, and Controller since January 2001. From January to December 2000, Mr. Clement served as Controller of Network Solutions, which was acquired by VeriSign in June 2000. Prior to joining Network Solutions, Mr. Clement held senior financial positions at BroadPoint Communications and MCI from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Clement spent twelve years in various capacities at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Clement is a certified public accountant. If there are any material modifications to Mr. Clement’s current employment offer letter, VeriSign will disclose it as required under applicable regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. |
